What to Expect

After we have fully discussed the project, I will submit either a quick drawing, or a text description, and e-mail you a summary of your request and any additional questions concerning it. You can expect your custom order inquiry summary in 1-5 days.  You will be asked to verify that the custom order summary is correct by return e-mail; also, your response to any questions. A deposit of 50% will be requested, via PayPal invoice, to proceed on your custom order, for the purchase of materials and to begin fabrication. There will be a three business day wait period after receiving your deposit before your custom order is commenced. This three day wait period upholds your right to cancel your custom order for any reason and receive a full refund on your 50% deposit.  After the three business day wait period your 50% deposit payment is non-refundable.

Custom orders take anywhere from an average 2-4 weeks for completion and delivery, depending on size and scope of the project.

Custom Work Policy

I would LOVE to help design and make the perfect piece you have in mind.   I am happy to help with the design process, or fabricate something you have already fully articulated. It is a really fun way to collaborate, and I do a lot of custom work. As such, all custom work is non-refundable and non-returnable. Custom projects require a 50% non-refundable down payment before the work begins. If you decide that you do not like the piece in the end for any reason, I am happy to give you the value in credit to purchase something else within the online store. I want you to be happy with your piece, and commit to being solution oriented for both parties to be satisfied. If the design and layout takes more than 2 hours, then there will be a small design fee asked upfront, before I start drawings. This is to ensure your commitment to the project, and in order to give your design its full potential.

May you find a bit of yourself in every piece.

Rush Orders

Depending on the projects I have in front of me at the time, I may be able to put your project to the front of the line, and create a quicker turnaround time. However, I may also not be able to, and this will be discussed ahead of time. There will be an overall 10% fee on top of the total agreed upon cost of the piece if it is to be a rush order. If this is the case, I will ask for the 50% deposit + 10% rush fee before project begins. The time frame will be agreed upon and guaranteed ahead of time.
